  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or discounted items marked “Sale”, “Final Clearance”, or purchased using discount codes

2. Eligible Returns ✅

We only accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order arrives damaged or defective

To request a return:

  • Provide proof of purchase and photo/video evidence of damage or incorrect items

  • Items must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase

  • After 1 hour, cancellation is not guaranteed as most products are prepared immediately
